Merry Christmas card class

Well as some of you know I am on my second maternity leave and like the first one, I am loving my year off work (shift work that is) and being home with the kids. BUT having said that the crunch is on and I am due back to the office on Dec 1st. SO, many people including myself are making Christmas cards already which means my time is coming to an end. I'm sooooooooo devastated that my only hope is to win the lottery! What are the chances if I don't even play??? LOL!!!
OK enough whining.....you get that I'm sad :( ON TO THE CARD!!!
This is a little ornament card I made FINALLY using my Pacific Point paper. Haven't used it yet so I finally made myself!!! Have to say it's a colour that completely POPS! I LOVE it!!! If you are in my Christmas card class, we will be making this card. HOW FUN....I KNOW!!! I am LOVING brown in Christmas cards this year too. Who am I kidding....I love brown ALWAYS. I find it hard anymore to make a card without Chocolate Chip.

Well I hope you like it and enjoy your Tuesday!!
Paula

RECIPE:
Paper: Pacific Point, Ski Sloap DS paper(available to order Oct 1st), Chocolate Chip, Riding hood Red, Kiwi Kiss, Whisper White

Another Scrappin' Layout!!

Hey ladies,

Well today is baby group day and I love love love Wednesdays for that! Always fun to have coffee with a bunch of gals (and out babies) and discuss life! Nothing beats it!

This is a layout we did at my scrappin' club last month. Also so much fun getting together to create and chat. These pages are of Berlynn (8 months now!!) chillin' out in her crib. I wanted to showcase her room as a baby so she can look back at what we brought her home to. I think it's a pretty cozy room. She seems to like it too!!

This kit is from the old catalogue and I love it!!

Thanks so much for checking in today!

Another Simply Scrappin Kit

HAPPY TUESDAY!!!

Hope you are all well!!!
As you know I am really into Stampin Up's Simply Scrappin Kits. They are just so easy to use it's fool proof!!! Even if you stick something down and don't like it NO PROBLEM....just peel it off. As easy as that!! This layout uses the Summer Home kit and I am loving those flowers. I still need to add a title to it but other than that it's good to go into Chloe's book. I took these pictures of her and they made me think "she's growing up so fast." I think she looks older than 3 in these shots. I'm so not ready for the girls to grow up!! OK enough of that. I hope you enjoy!!

Until next time......

HAPPY ANNIVERSARY TO MY HUBBY!!!

Holy smokes......7 years ago TODAY Paul and I exchanged vows!! That is just mind boggling to me. Seems like yesterday....yet somedays it seems like an eternity LOL!!!

I have just finished painting my dining room and here are a few pictures of it "in progress." I will post more pictures once it is done. I am loving the colour. It's called Piedmont Gray and it's a Benjamin Moore colour. So happy with it!! Anyhow I wrote a little message to my hubby on the wall so he could see it when he got home. Cute hey?

Well happy anniversary Paul. Two cute little girls and a golden retreiver.....not bad for 7 years eh???

Thanks for checkin' in today.
Some stampin stuff will be posted tomorrow.
Bye for now.

Summer Home (Simply Scrappin' Kit)

Hi all and sorry it's been a while.
So we are on to a new month and the kiddies are back for another school year. That really doesn't affect me in our household as my kids are still quite young but somehow I feel when the kids go back to school, it means a new beginning. It's like spring cleaning time only it's fall. Do you know what I mean? Anyhow, I've been busy, busy, busy but I finally had time to get some scrapping done. This layout is of my youngest Berlynn at 7 months old! Cute hey? I think so LOL!!! This layout uses the SU's simply scrappin' kit Summer Home. LOVE IT!!! They are just so darn easy to use and you can't go wrong with them.

Thanks so much for checkin' in today and enjoy the rest of your week!
